It’s All Sacred Companion Course

Josephine’s book It’s All Sacred examines our lives and the world through the lens of the belief that both are sacred and that this knowledge changes how we live, relate to the world, and treat ourselves and the sacred humans around us.

This course is delivered via weekly emails over 12 weeks, one week per chapter. Each email has further discussion, teaching, and journaling questions or activity suggestions to integrate the chapter into your daily life. Work through the course at your own speed, save the emails to reuse over and over again.
